we had a lot of fun with gramma this weekend...
first we made a gingerbread house - the instructions called for cutting the icing bag a 1/4", mike cut it about 2", and gramma the pro baker she is, really had a good laugh at Mike's expense! (lol) then she showed him how it was done. many lbs of sugar later, the house didn't turn out half bad! i got a puzzle out that i had been working on and gramma and mike (kinda) took over and tried to finish it for me! tee hee, they did better than i was...
we did make it to the Creation Museum, but we didn't get to see all of it, so now, gramma will just have to come back... summer* did get her picture with Ken Ham (visionary of the museum), so she was pretty tickled, (and a little star struck) lol
i told gramma i would find my way back to church just for her, and we "broke bread" and fellowshipped afterward with mike's parents and my mom...

i think gramma had too much fun with mike, she 'took him to the woodshed' in monopoly, now... she says that she has never won this game before, i don't know if i'm buyin' that! tee hee ~ course she took me out First, and Summer next, then went in for the kill and slaughtered mike!

Yes! in deed "ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE" I loved that Ginger bread house....nice going:) Thanks to Grandma:) It was nice that your Mom was able to join you and your family and to see Grandma Nix again.
