had a fast food lunch (me & my s*)

again, a little $$ spent, but only $8 on lunch @ wendy's (it was awful & gave me heartburn! lesson learned!) went to bible study tonite and had a wonderful experience...my little girl (9yo) really closed this 'adult' bible study in prayer~WOW!~ i wouldn't have had the courage to do that, and i might add that she did an absolutely brilliant job! thank you God! thank you for sending me this very special gift, for drawing me closer to you by the daily inspiration of my little summerstarr!
been scrappin' this weekend, i made an absolutely brilliant board book **army style** with hints of pink, doesn't that just sound fun? well, stay tuned i think i may try to post a pic tomorrow! i'm also working on a christmas album...yes-a CHRISTMAS album, i've decided that you don't have to wait until december to celebrate the gift of Jesus' birth! that is a gift that {i think} should be celebrated EVERY day, not to mention the purpose of His birth and His ultimate sacrifice as well! but, let's face it, the sacrifice could not have been made if it wasn't first for His glorious birth!
God is soooooooooo good! i am on fire for Him today... i am thoroughly enjoying bible study & here is a little of what i learned tonite:
One of satan's favorite tactics is to make the situation look so impossible that we get discouraged and quit praying. The reason he does this is that he has absolutely no defense against prayer. The old saying is true that satan trembles when he sees the weakest saint upon his knees. Al prayer is warfare and, when you pray, satan is being defeated even though you see no change in the circumstances.
However, if we could see what is happening in the spiritual realm when we pray, we would be greatly encouraged. Remember how God opened the eyes of Elisha's servant so he could see the horses and chariots of fire protecting them from the enemy (II Kings 6:17)? So keep on praying for the lost whether you see results or not because your prayers are being answered!!
